Our courses

  • This CPD APPROVED collaborative online seminar encourages practitioners to look beyond the behaviours that challenge, to understand the possible causes, and respond appropriately and effectively.

Designed to change the narrative around ‘bad’ behaviour, this webinar teaches that ‘all behaviour is communication’, empowers practitioners to reflect on the presentations they are seeing and see beyond the behaviour to the unique child.

  • This CPD APPROVED interactive two day workshop dives into the possible causes of challenging behaviour, including trauma, neurodiversity and socioeconomic factors.

A greater understanding of what impacts behaviours for learning, empowers staff to respond in a therapeutic and effective manner.

Through exploration of theory and evidence based practice, as well as role plays and opportunities to reflect, staff will gain better understanding of children and young people, develop de-escalation skills and improve outcomes.

  • This CPD APPROVED online seminar introduces a variety of child development and mental health theories, including Maslow’s hierarchy of need and the risk and resilience model.

Participants will be encouraged to reflect on why children and young people’s metal health issues may be rising, how mental health issues may present, and where to get support.

  • This CPD APPROVED immersive workshop explores a variety of child development and mental health theories, including Maslow’s hierarchy of need, attachment theory and the risk and resilience model. It also explores the effects of trauma.

Participants will gain a greater understanding of child and adolescent mental health, why we are seeing a steep rise in complex presentations, and be encouraged to reflect on how to improve outcomes within the setting.

  • As parents and  practitioners we are hearing more about neurodivergent traits in cyp,  there is a steep rise in social media discussion around neurodivergence, and waiting times for diagnosis are increasing.
