Children do well if they can. The goal is to solve problems collaboratively and proactively.”

(Dr Ross Greene, 2021)

Mission Statement

We believe all children can have additional needs at times, and whatever the cause, an empowered practitioner is a productive practitioner.

Inspired training is committed to delivering high quality, CPD approved, online and face to face coaching to those who support children and young people.

·      Teachers and support staff.

·      Early years practitioners.

·      Sports coaches.

·      Club leaders.

The rapidly changing landscape of child development and education is having a profound impact on families, and on us as facilitators. In addition to ever changing legislation, we are seeing a continuous rise in socioeconomic needs and diagnosis of neurodivergence.

In recent years teaching and coaching professionals have been relied upon more than ever to identify and support children and young people with increased neurodivergent and well-being needs.

Inspired Training supports frontline staff to better understand the presentations they are seeing, and empowers them to make changes and improve outcomes.

Our training is designed for professionals who want to have a better understanding of child mental health, adverse childhood experiences, neurodiversity,  and the behaviours that challenge. Through increased insight, practitioners will be more able to recognize and develop the unique potential in every learner.

ALL  learners are at the heart of what we do, so we focus on supporting and inspiring practitioners in the workplace and beyond, enabling them to create an inclusive, empathetic and dynamic learning environment.

We deliver energising, memorable and  immersive workshops that not only inform, but support everyone to reflect, develop their practice and increase in confidence when facing new challenges.

Each CPD approved workshop combines theory, with shared professional experiences, and case studies. Our interactive training is designed to enhance existing knowledge, encourage reflective practice, and upskill the children’s workforce to help develop the minds of the future.
